Emergency Management Products, LLC (a Division of EPTEC, INC.) is creating products and templates that will help your emergency program. Products we are working on include:
- Pre-scripted message manuals with short, grammatically-correct text that can be quickly edited and released on your letterhead.
- Paper-based forms, logs and job action sheets for use within the Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
- Continuity of Operations/Continuity of Government (COOP/COG) planning templates to help each department plan for identifying and continuing critical operations after a disaster strikes government resources
- Donations Management System with paper and simple computer templates, instructions and job action sheets that can be taken off the shelf and used to assist with managing the flow of donated goods
- Volunteer Management System with paper and computer templates, instructions and job action sheets that can be taken off the shelf and used to assist with managing the flow of spontaneous volunteers
- Advanced Resource Management System with a database that uses rugged and portable bar code and/or RFID technology to manage resources (e.g., paid staff, volunteers, donated goods, equipment) used at the disaster.
